We are looking for partner contractors and tradespeople to take on electrical and mechanical job sites with us. We have job sites across Japan, mainly around Tokyo and Nagoya.

SOWA SERVICE is a building services contractor that handles both electrical and mechanical work. We are looking for companies and tradespeople who can work with us on job sites in the following types of work.
01 / Electrical
Electrical work
Power supply work for equipment: power and lighting mains, distribution boards, lighting fixtures, outlets and air conditioning units.
02 / HVAC
Air conditioning
Installing commercial and building air conditioners, and piping for refrigerant and drain lines.
03 / Duct
Ventilation and ductwork
Hanging and installing ventilation and smoke exhaust ducts.
04 / Plumbing
Plumbing
Piping for water supply, hot water and drainage, and installing sanitary fixtures.

Our job sites are mainly around the Head Office in Tokyo and the Nagoya Branch. Through store renovations, office moves and similar work, we have worked from Hokkaido to Fukuoka. Green on the map shows the prefectures where we have worked.

Our tradespeople and construction managers are in the same company, and we take on pipe and electrical work together. Partner contractors also work with the same plan.
Working with the same plan
Our own tradespeople and our partners’ tradespeople work with the same plan. They report the day’s progress and the next day’s plan to the construction manager and move on to the next task.
The construction manager decides on the spot
Our construction managers, who manage schedules and safety, are in the same company. If drawings and the job site do not match, the construction manager reworks the schedule and layout on the spot.
We coordinate the interfaces
We hold Special Construction Business Licenses for both pipe work and electrical work, and take on work as a prime contractor. We coordinate interfaces between trades in-house, such as air conditioning and power, or ventilation and smoke control.
Checking fit in advance
We use 3D CAD to check how ducts and pipes fit before installation. This reduces rework on the job site.

Fill in the “Partner Contractor Registration” form with your company information and the types of work and areas you cover. After you submit, we will send you an email. Please reply to it with your company profile and other documents.
We contact you
We will review the details and a staff member will contact you, by phone or email as you prefer.
Job sites
When we have a job site that matches your types of work and areas, we will contact you.
