Recruit

We are looking for people
who build building systems.

設備をつくる人を、募集しています。

SOWA SERVICE is a contractor that builds electrical, air conditioning and plumbing systems for buildings and stores. Our work depends on the tradespeople who are on the job site every day. From how to hold a tool to getting qualifications, you can learn step by step with senior colleagues.

Our Field

The systems we build
support everyday life in the city.

つくった設備が、街の毎日を支える。

We build electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing and more) for shopping centers, hotels, hospitals, stores and homes. Once finished, they are hidden inside ceilings and walls, but they keep supporting the daily lives of the people who use the building.

From a shopping center in Shiga with a total floor area of about 100,000 m² to renovations of electronics stores across Japan and whole-house air conditioning for homes. Every job site has something new to learn, and your experience becomes your skill.

Our Rules

Three things
our president always says.

代表の、3つの口ぐせ。

Each of us is here because we were chosen. To keep that in mind, our president repeats these three phrases to employees.

01

Don’t do work you find boring.

Good work does not come from work you find boring. We are professionals. Because we like what we do, we keep learning and pay attention to detail. We take care of the details that clients cannot build themselves, on their behalf.

02

Do your best, every day.

Looking after your health, caring for your tools, surveying and planning in advance: all of this is professional work. We use all the knowledge, time and effort we have to meet each request.

03

If something feels wrong, say so.

When something feels wrong or strange, there is always a reason. Don’t look away: check it and share it with your team before moving on. Being able to speak up like this is what supports good work.
