The company that installs the equipment also maintains it. Technicians who know how the equipment is built come to inspect it, so they can find the cause of a problem quickly.
Regular inspection
We inspect air conditioning units, pumps, plumbing equipment and electrical equipment at set intervals. We check operating sound, temperature, pressure, current and more to find early signs of failure.
Filter and heat exchanger cleaning
Dirty filters and heat exchangers cause poor performance, higher electricity costs and odors. We take the equipment apart, clean it and restore its original performance.
Breakdown repair
Not cooling, not heating, leaking water, tripping breakers. We listen to the problem, find the cause on site and repair it. If parts need to be ordered, we tell you the expected timeline.
Equipment replacement
For equipment that has been in use for many years, we compare repair and replacement and recommend the better value. We handle equipment from Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Toshiba, Panasonic and other makers.
Fluorocarbon inspection and recovery
Commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment must be inspected under the Fluorocarbons Act. In addition to inspections, as a Registered Class 1 fluorocarbon filling and recovery operator (Tokyo), we also handle refrigerant filling and recovery when equipment is removed.

Can you repair an air conditioner that another company installed?
Yes, we do. If you know the manufacturer or model number, please tell us. We check the condition on site and then recommend repair or replacement.
How much do inspections and repairs cost?
It depends on the type and number of units and the problem. We give you a quote after the site check and start work only after you approve it.
Which equipment needs fluorocarbon inspections?
Commercial air conditioners and refrigeration and freezer equipment are covered. The inspection content and interval depend on the equipment's output. If you give us the model number, we can check whether your equipment is covered.
Can you work while our store is open?
Depending on the work, it may be possible during business hours. If noise or shutdowns would affect your business, we will suggest working outside business hours or on days you are closed.
What are your hours?
We take calls on weekdays 10:00–17:00 (JST). The form can be sent 24 hours a day. We will review your request and a member of our staff will contact you.
