01Air conditioning and ventilation
Ducts
Ducts carry air from the air conditioner to each room. They are supported inside the ceiling with hanging bolts and connected to the air outlets.
02Plumbing and air conditioning
Piping
Water supply and drainage piping, and refrigerant piping connected to the air conditioner. Drain pipes are sloped so that water flows.
03Electrical (main power lines, lighting, low-voltage systems)
Wires and cable trays
We bundle main power and low-voltage wiring on cable trays and deliver electricity to lighting and outlets.
04Fire and life safety
Fire and life safety
We also install fire and life safety systems, such as smoke control systems that vent smoke outside in a fire.

Equipment and materials sales

Permits and applications
We also handle the notifications and applications needed for construction, such as construction start notifications.
Installation
With our own tradespeople at the core, we work on site with partner contractors and complete everything from piping, ductwork and wiring to equipment installation.
Construction management
We manage schedule, quality and safety. With Special Construction Business Licenses for pipe and electrical work, we can also take on large projects as prime contractor.
Maintenance and repair
Regular inspection, cleaning, repair and replacement. We look after systems that must not stop.
For design, we work with the Group's design company. SOWA SERVICE focuses on building and maintaining.
From replacing air conditioners in stores to a single-contract project for a shopping center with about 100,000 m² of floor area and positive pressure systems for nuclear emergency off-site centers. Whatever the size or difficulty, we have built our experience one job site at a time.
We hold Special Construction Business Licenses for both pipe work and electrical work. We take on work that spans several trades without splitting it, and handle schedule coordination as one company.

Starting with a new large electronics store where we handled all the electrical work, we present four featured projects: commercial facilities, public emergency facilities and electronics stores across Japan. Projects for hotels, hospitals and homes are in the project list.
New large electronics store(Tachikawa, Tokyo)
We received all the electrical work as a single contract and installed main power lines, distribution boards, sales floor lighting, outlets and low-voltage systems across five floors, while also handling air conditioning, plumbing and fire and life safety.

Contract received in 2012. We built, delivered and managed the installation of positive pressure systems at four facilities, keeping outside air from getting in.
Renovation of electronics stores across Japan
From 2018 to 2019, we renovated the air conditioning and plumbing at a total of 17 stores.
